Dude’s Truck Trailer & Automotive

One of the worst places I have been through in my 30 years in my industry. Im completely disappointed in the lies, robbery, and lack of work ethic. They were givin a lot of money, and did not perform, and cost us over $100,000 and take no responsibility. If I could give lower then 1 star I would. I wouldn't trust them with a tonka truck. They have been giving several opportunities to explain themselves and make it right, and are avoiding all calls, and running.

When I initially started using Dude’s for my automotive needs, I found them to be helpful and friendly. This time around was completely different and is the reason for a 1 star review. I made arrangements to have work done on my car. I called last week and spoke to the owner and verified that they would order the parts and have them on hand. I was assured multiple times in 3 different conversations that they would DEFINITELY have my car fixed in a day. Dropped my car off on a Monday morning and was told I could pick it up the following morning. I went to pick it up and was informed the car hadn’t been touched and they hadn’t t even ordered the parts. No one could tell me why I hadn’t received a phone call about the delay. Then I was told I needed an additional service—the exact same service I had performed a month ago! The man I was speaking to told me he would see if he could call around and find the part I needed, and then he disappeared and didn’t come back. The owner’s wife showed up and told me a bunch of bs excuses as to why my car wasn’t done. Then she told me she di

Transparent, honest, empathetic, reliable and considerate. I have been here three times and each time has been better than prior. He truly cares about people and goes out of his way to help as much as possible. If all mechanic shops are as honest and helpful as dude’s mechanic, lots of small companies and owner operators won’t be too worried about on the road repairs.

I am a repeat customer. My first visit was not scheduled. I showed up with a serious problem with my break caliper. My vehicle was not going anywhere until the problem was fixed. I spoke to Brandon and he told me he would get me in. Just two hours later I was back on the road. Brandon is an Army Veteran (Thank You for your service.) The business is family owned and family run. The Mechanic Crew are a healthy bunch of guys. I spoke to the ones working on my vehicle and I could tell they all are dependable and proficient. I am happy to have a Mechanic Shop I can trust.

Took my car in due to my wheel shaking. First Shelby is just the sweetest office manager. Brandon Lewis is very experienced with his knowledge knowing what is most likely causing the issue. Zerran and Brandon R were swift, diligent and professional in their work and got me back on the road in no time. I truly appreciate their work and affordability as a single mom.
